Order Cancellation.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a restocking and administration fee of 30% of the total purchase price will be deducted from the refund, regardless of how soon you notify us.
This applies only if the parts have not yet been dispatched from our supplier to our repackaging warehouse. Supplier dispatch typically occurs within 6 hours of the order being placed on our website.
Once parts have been dispatched from the supplier’s warehouse to our repackaging warehouse, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Please note that most of our parts are discontinued items. As such, once dispatched from our suppliers, all sales are final.
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Postage In Transit Damage.
If your received your order and the courier acknowledgement signed that the goods were received in good order. We will not be able to process a refund for you. However, we can assist you with lodging a claim for a refund as all our shipments are insured. It is highly recommended that you inspect the boxes and goods when they are received before signing courier acknowledgment.
If the goods are damaged, please request the the courier to return it us and do not sign the acknowledgment that good were received in good order so that it can be returned at no cost. We will then process a claim and once the claim has been paid out by the courier company, we will send you replacement parts. This may take a between 3-6 weeks.
Failure to complete tasks above may result in no refund.
Warranty
Since most parts sold on this site have been discontinued, we do not provide warranty coverage for them. However, before shipping out the items, we always individually check the items to ensure that they are fully function and are of the expected OEM quality before sending them.
